Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing time does not include transit time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Orders shipped within the lower 48 United States qualify for free shipping.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Armed Forces addresses APO FPO DPO are charged shipping at checkout.
Orders shipped to Canada are charged shipping at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

International Orders Including Canada
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes including GST HST PST, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country or carrier. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or brokerage fees, original shipping costs are non refundable and return shipping fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.

U.S. Armed Forces Addresses APO FPO DPO
Orders shipped to APO FPO DPO addresses may require customs documentation and are subject to military postal regulations. Transit times may vary and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address and Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
