Proudly made in the USA, the Slot Grill is a heavy duty collapsible charcoal grill built from thick carbon steel. No thin materials. No shortcuts. No flimsy overseas junk. It assembles in seconds with no tools required and features an elevated design with a generous air gap underneath to promote airflow while reducing heat transfer to the surface below.

The Compact Slot Grill is designed for portability without sacrificing strength. At 16 by 9 inches of grill surface and weighing approximately 13.5 pounds, it is easy to transport while still being strong enough to support cast iron cookware and real cooking. Made from 12 gauge carbon steel, it is a serious grill in a smaller footprint.

The Full Size Slot Grill is the original heavy hitter. With a 20 by 11 inch grill surface and weighing approximately 28 pounds, it is built from 10 gauge carbon steel for maximum rigidity and long term durability. It is large enough to cook up to 10 burgers at once and strong enough to handle heavy food loads without flexing or wobble.

This grill was not designed on a screen and rushed to production. It was refined through years of real world use. We cook on our own grills regularly and that experience is documented on our YouTube and TikTok channels. Every revision was driven by what worked what worked well and what worked best in actual cooking conditions.
