Designed specifically for the Slot Grill system, each griddle (plancha) fits precisely and integrates cleanly with your existing setup. Whether you run a half griddle or full griddle configuration, you get a solid, stable cooking surface that performs.

This is not a generic drop in plate. It was designed alongside the grill to flat stack properly, travel clean, and function as part of a complete system.

Like the grills themselves, these griddles (planchas) were refined through real world use. From heat distribution to fitment, every detail was built around actual cooking, not theory.

ATTN: If your grill grate profile does not match what you see in the product images, you may have a pre 2026 version. No problem. We can still provide parts for all previous versions of our products.
